Meetings are held at 6:30 p.m. in the City Council Chamber at 101 West Abram Street.  The fee to bring a case to the Zoning Board of Adjustment is $200. All cut-offs are at 5:00 p.m. Forms to bring a request for a Variance or Special Exception to the Zoning Board of Adjustment are available on our forms page.
