The tables below contain information derived from the U.S. Bureau of Census redistricting information. Please note that there are differences between zip code, city and Census boundaries, and therefore these numbers should be used only as a reference. Also note that the information provided is for the area of zip codes within the City of Arlington. For exact figures please refer to the source information, available from the U.S. Bureau of Census. * Hispanic ethnicity is measured separately from race. That is, individuals may be Hispanic and White, Black, or Asian, etc.

** Table 3 information is for each zip code. For example, in zip code 76001, a total of 77.9% of the 21,522 residents of that zip code were white, 10.8% black, etc. This differs from Table 2, which contains information for the city by zip code. In table 2, zip code 76001 contains 6.5% of the city's population, and 7.4% of the city's white population, 5.1% of the city's black population, etc.

The Annual Growth Profile:  Provides an overview and analysis of the demographic changes, housing and development characteristics as well as transportation trends in the City of Arlington during the previous calendar years. In addition, this document contains historical population and other growth measure information. Maps showing major construction activity, zoning cases, and platting activity have also been included to show recent development trends in the city.
