The purpose of the Arlington Tax Increment Finance District is
to provide a financing mechanism to facilitate redevelopment in
the downtown area. The Arlington Tax Increment Financing
District, also known as the Arlington Tax Increment Reinvestment
Zone Number One, was created by Ordinance 98-142 on November 3,
1998. The report reflects the tax increment districts financial
activities. |
