LAMAR/COLLINS MIXED USE OVERLAY DISTRICT

The Lamar Collins Mixed Use Overlay District was approved via ordinance No. 06-004 on January 10, 2006. The new overlay incorporates mixed-use concepts with design standards and restrictions for the area.
