REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL:
Each year, proposals are requested from non-profit organizations
for three U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)
grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME
Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), and Emergency Shelter Grant
(ESG). These programs support social services, housing, economic
development, and emergency shelter services for low- and
moderate-income Arlington residents. The 2009 Request for Proposals
will be available in October 2008.
