Affordable Housing Development Opportunities
The City of Arlington, Community Services Department in
association with the Arlington Housing Finance Corporation is pleased
to announce the following future planned developments:
High Oak Terrace – The Arlington Housing Finance
Corporation has purchased the High Oak Terrace Apartment complex
located at 605 Brent Drive. The City demolished the 131 unit
apartment complex and Request for Proposals to develop single family
housing will be sought in the first quarter of 2007.
