HOMELESS GRANT FUNDS
Continuum of Care

The Continuum of Care is a community plan to organize and deliver housing and social services to meet the needs of the homeless. The plan includes various service providers with the overall goal of moving someone off of the street to a place of their own living self sufficiently. Tarrant County Department of Community Development coordinates the application to HUD for competitive grants for the service providers participating in the continuum of care. The Tarrant County Homeless Coalition plays an important role in identifying service needs and gaps in services for the homeless. For more information about applying for a grant as an organization you may contact Tarrant County at (817) 338-9129 or see the website at www.tchcoalition.org.
