Entertainment District Development Standards
With completion of the new Cowboys Stadium and the Glorypark
Development on the horizon, design standards will help ensure high
quality development and an aesthetically pleasing environment for
the Entertainment District area.
On November 20, 2007, City Council adopted Ordinance
07-080. The Entertainment District Overlay
incorporates mixed use, and the Development Standards
promote high quality development and an aesthetically
pleasing environment for the Entertainment District.
