Creating a Vision
If we wish to create a better world, we must first be able to envision
that world. We must have a vision of how we want Arlington to be in
2025. Drawing on the
information from the Summit and the Community Workshop, the Futures
Committee has created a
Vision Statement
(pdf) for the Arlington 2025 Comprehensive Plan to
guide us to that vision. This vision statement will embody the
Goals for Arlington
(pdf) to be an "Ideal Balanced Community" identified
during this process.
