Annexation and Service Plan

On May 22, 2007 the City Council directed staff to begin work on an annexation and service plan for approximately 450 acres, located east of S.H. 157 and south of the Trinity Railway Express. Public hearings on this item were held on June 26 and July 3, 2007.  First reading of the annexation ordinance was conducted July 24, 2007.  Second reading of the annexation ordinance will be conducted August 28, 2007.
