What is the Future Look of Abram Street?

On Monday June 26, the Community Development and Planning Department gave a presentation at a community meeting hosted by East Arlington Renewal.

City of Arlington Comprehensive Planning Staff led the group through a series of images for design options for streetscape, open spaces, and gateway opportunities along Abram Street from Collins Street to State Highway 360.

The city is planning to reconstruct the existing four lanes of Abram Street and raise the elevation of the bridge over Johnson Creek to help alleviate flooding.
