PILOT COMMUTER BUS SERVICE

Through a partnership with the City of Arlington, the Fort Worth Transportation Authority (the T) will be offering non-stop commuter bus service from the North Park and Ride (at I-30 and Cooper/Lamar) and the South Park and Ride (at I-20 and Park Springs) to the Fort Worth Intermodal Transportation Center (ITC) in Downtown Fort Worth starting Tuesday, September 2. Three morning peak-period trips to Fort Worth and three evening peak-period trips back to Arlington are planned each day, Monday through Friday.  This is a pilot program currently scheduled for one year of service.

From the downtown ITC, commuters can connect to area employment centers, schools, cultural and entertainment districts, and downtown attractions across the Metroplex. The ITC is the transportation hub of the T, where riders can connect to over 20 bus routes, Amtrak, and the Trinity Railway Express.

Commuter Bus Pass Information:

Daily passes are $5 round-trip; Available for purchase at the ITC or at www.the-tstore.com.

Premium monthly passes are $80 and can be used for unlimited riding on all zones of Trinity Railway, Arlington P&R routes 67/68, T bus, Express and trolleys, DART bus, CBD, light rail and Express service during the calendar month shown. Pass is not valid on MITS, DART flyer, shuttle, vanpool or Paratransit vehicles.

Reduced monthly passes are $25 and are available to riders over age 65, middle and high school students under 18, and the disabled. Reduced passes can be used for unlimited riding on all zones of Trinity Railway, Arlington P&R routes 67/68, T bus, Express and trolleys, DART bus, CBD, light rail and Express service during the calendar month shown. Pass is not valid on MITS, DART flyer, shuttle, vanpool or Paratransit vehicles.
