GUIDE TO LAKE ARLINGTON :: LAKE PARK PAVILIONS AND MEETING ROOM RENTAL

Bowman Springs Park Pavilion

Lake Arlington Activity Room (at Richard Simpson Park)

Cleaning supplies are provided.
Weekday rentals can be half-day (9 a.m.- 4 p.m. or 4 p.m. - 11 p.m.)
Weekend rentals are for full day only (9 a.m. – 11 p.m.)
Alcohol is allowed without a permit. It must be kept inside building.
No smoking inside building.
No bands, DJs or loud music allowed.

Facility Rental Policies

   

The room is located on the northeast shore of beautiful Lake Arlington. The room contains two large picture windows that face the lake. The room is 28 feet by 46 feet and comfortably holds approximately 70-80 people. For your convenience, we supply the room with 65 chairs and 15 three by six foot tables. Other features include a kitchen area, which contains a refrigerator/ freezer, two microwaves and sink, a fireplace, and two restrooms.

Cleaning
Along with the reservation fee, a cleaning and damage deposit is required. It is required that each rental group has the room cleaned and vacated by the designated time, according to the rental agreement.
NO EXCEPTIONS will be allowed. Failure to complete cleaning requirements fully will result in deductions from your cleaning and damage deposit. All cleaning supplies and equipment will be supplied for your convenience.

Cancellation

All cancellations must be made more than two weeks in advance of the date of the rental stated on the rental agreement and are subject to a $25.00 administrative fee. No refund will be issued for rentals cancelled within two weeks of the date of the rental.
