Payment Information
$250 refundable deposit is required for rentals with food/drink or after hour rentals. Any rentals ending after business hours are considered after hours.
User agrees to assume all responsibility for damages, even above
the deposited amount. Please allow two to three weeks for return
of deposit payments. Payment is due in full at the time
reservation is made. Cancellation fee is $25.
Rental Times
Rentals are permitted until midnight. Rental times include set up
and clean up. Additional time incurred past original scheduled
rental will be charged at double the hourly rate and paid the night
of the rental.
Seven business day advance notice and two-hour minimum is
required for all after hour rentals. 24 hour notice is
required for rentals during operating hours.
