Meals at SRC- New York

The Nutritional Program is part of an established agreement between the City of Arlington and Senior Citizen Services of Greater Tarrant County, Inc. with the purpose of providing nutritional services to area seniors. Meals are prepared to meet federal and state guidelines for a nutritionally balanced meal and are served to seniors for a small donation. Transportation to and from the center is offered by the City of Arlington Handitran.

Pool Area

Seniors can enjoy a variety of swim classes and activities year round at the Hugh Smith Indoor heated pool. For information call 817-275-0513.

Reservations

Dancehall roomAre you holding your family reunion in Arlington, do you need a reception hall for your wedding, or would you like to treat your teenager and friends to a party? How about an employee training session, organizational meetings, baby shower or birthday party.

Senior Recreation Center – New York rooms may be rented seven days a week during business hours when no center activities are scheduled and after business hours on Friday and Saturday. The facility includes a large multi-purpose room with full service kitchen that includes a stove, double oven, warmer, microwave and refrigerator . The multi-purpose room can accommodate groups up to 185 people. All reservations end at 12 midnight.

Senior Recreation Center – Eunice rooms may be rented seven days a week during business hours when no center activities are scheduled and after business hours on Friday and Saturday. The facility includes a 3,000 square foot ballroom, a variety of multi-purpose meeting rooms and a full service kitchen with stove, refrigerator, oven and microwave.
