Outdoor Pool Rental Conditions

	Rentals are available Thursday - Sunday
	Rentals are available only before and after public swim times
	Bookings must be made at least 72 hours in advance
	Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee
	Lifeguards are provided
	Food may be brought into the pool area, but glass bottles, alcoholic beverages and open flames are prohibited
	Balance must be paid in full at the time of booking

Indoor Pool Rental Conditions

	Rentals are available Friday - Sunday
	Rentals are available only after public swim times
	Bookings must be made 7 days prior to the date of the reservation
	Cancellations are subject to a $50 administrative fee
	Lifeguards are provided
	Food may be brought into the pool area, but glass bottles, alcoholic beverages and open flames are prohibited
	Balance must be paid in full at the time of booking

Private party rentals are for 2 hours.

Maximum number of guests varies based on facility:

Allen Bolden - 150 guests

Bad Konigshofen - 250 guests

Helen Wessler - 100 guests

Howard Moore - 100 guests

Hugh Smith (Indoor) - 75 guests

Randol Mill - 200 guests

Woodland West - 150 guests

Pavilions located at the pools are also available for rent during selected business hours. For more information or to book a pavilion, please call 817-459-5483.

Private pool rental fee includes exclusive use of the pool for 2 hours.
Pool rental fee does not include daily admission fees for guests to swim before or after private pool rental.

All outdoor private pool rentals must be booked in person at the Administrative Office or by phone by calling 817-459-5462 or 817-459-5483. The Administration Office is located at 717 W. Main St, 76013.

All indoor pool rentals must be booked at Hugh Smith Indoor Pool or the Administration Office. Please call 817-275-0513 to book over the phone or visit us at 1815 New York Ave, 76010.

Both locations accept cash, check, and VISA, MasterCard, or Discover credit card payments. Bookings made over the telephone must be paid with credit card. Bookings cannot be made at any outdoor pools.
