of Arlington administrative offices will be closed for New
Year’s on Friday, Jan. 1.

- City Tower
- Arlington Municipal Court
- Arlington Animal Service Center
- Parks and Recreation Department Administrative
Office
- Lake Arlington Operations
- George W. Hawkes Central Library and all branch
libraries
- Handitran Administrative Office and special public
transportation services
- All municipal recreation centers
- Hugh Smith Indoor Pool - (Closed through Jan. 3 for
maintenance)
- Arlington Tennis Center
- Garbage and recycling pickups will not occur in
Arlington
What’s Open Friday, Jan. 1 (New Year’s Day)
- All municipal golf courses
- Ventana Grille at Tierra Verde Golf Club
