City Activates H1N1 Influenza Hotline

What: Activation of H1N1 Influenza Hotline - 817-575-2846

When: Friday, May 1, 2009

Why: To provide Arlington residents with immediate access to communication and information about H1N1 influenza.

The occurrence of the H1N1 virus has heightened community awareness of the illness. The 817-575-2846 hotline has been established to help the Arlington Office of Emergency Management inform residents about the illness and other emergency activities.

This hotline is a communication tool residents can use to stay informed. In addition, the Office of Emergency Management can use the hotline as needed to issue community-wide alerts.
