Rabies Notices Issued

The City of Arlington has been notified by the Texas Department of State Health Services of two confirmed cases of rabies. The confirmed cases are in the 76002 and 76001 zip codes.

At this time, the investigation has not resulted in any findings of people or pet exposures, according to the city’s Community Services Department. This afternoon, the City of Arlington began distributing the attached rabies notices in southeast Arlington neighborhoods.
