Nov. 4 Ballot Includes $140.8 Million Bond Package for
Citywide Improvements
Early Voting Begins Oct. 20
In addition to the presidential election, Arlington voters are being
asked to authorize $140.8 million in improvements for parks,
streets, traffic, drainage, libraries and fire services on Nov. 4.
There are five propositions on the ballot. Early voting begins at 8
a.m. Monday, Oct. 20 and ends Oct. 30. Election Day is Tuesday, Nov.
4.

www.arlingtontx.gov/citysecretary. A Voter Information Guide to
the 2008 Bond Program is also available in English, Spanish and
Vietnamese. Download it from the City’s web site or visit any
Arlington Public Library. For more information about voting, call

7 a.m. - 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 25
