Copeland Road along I-30 Segment converted to EB frontage road

WHERE: Copeland Road from Collins Street to Convention Center Drive along eastbound Interstate 30 in Arlington

WHEN: Wednesday, July 30, at 9 a.m.
WHAT: Copeland Road will be converted to a one-way eastbound frontage road from Collins Street to Convention Center Drive. During the conversion on Wednesday, the contractor will restripe the roadway and modify the signals for eastbound motorists. Access to businesses will be maintained throughout construction.

When completed on Wednesday, there will be two eastbound lanes in this segment, and two-way traffic will remain on Copeland Road from Convention Center Drive east to State Highway 360.

In August, this eastbound segment of Copeland Road will also provide a detour for eastbound I-30 when the northbound Collins Street bridge is demolished.
