Arlington’s Leaf Recycling Program Begins Nov. 17

Who: City of Arlington

What: Launches its Leaf Recycling program, providing four free drop-off sites in city

When: Saturday, Nov. 17 through Feb. 29, 2008

Where: Four locations:
 Water South Service Center - 1100 SW Green Oaks Blvd.
 UT-Arlington Parking Lot on Mitchell Street (east of Fielder Road)
 J.W. Dunlop Park - 1500 NW Green Oaks Blvd.
 Richard Simpson Park - 6300 W. Arkansas Lane

Why: To provide Arlington residents with the opportunity to recycle their leaves.

Please Note:
 No contractors are allowed at drop off sites
 No trash or tree limbs
 No illegal dumping

During the dates above, Arlington residents and contractors can take leaves to the landfill free of charge. Call 817-354-2300 for information.
