The Neighborhood Summit includes the following four modules:

leader in community and organizational development.
About the Speaker
Tom Mosgaller has more than 25 years of experience in community
and organizational development as a manager, teacher and consultant
to public, private and non-profit organizations. He resides in
Madison, Wis. and is the vice-president of organizational
development and human resources for Marshall Erdman & Associates, a
provider of planning and programming, architectural design,
engineering and construction, and development services. From 1987 to
2001, Mosgaller served on the administration of three Madison
mayors. A graduate of the University of Wisconsin and the University
of Notre Dame, Mosgaller serves as an adjunct faculty member at the
University of Wisconsin Management Institute and Northwestern
University’s Center for Policy Research.
He plans to bring a key message to Arlington: “Great communities
are built on their strengths, not their limitations and
deficiencies,” Mosgaller said in a telephone interview. “More
citizen involvement leads to more democratic approaches to
solutions. How can we strengthen partnerships between public
servants and citizens?”
