Storm Water Town Hall Meeting is July 23

Who: Mayor Pro Tempore Ron Wright will host a town hall meeting for Arlington residents and businesses interested in the new Storm Water Proposed Fee.

What: The Storm Water Ordinance is scheduled for a final reading on Tuesday, July 24. Council Member Wright’s town hall meeting is being held to engage the community in a dialogue about the storm water proposed fee before Council takes action. Residents, business leaders, stakeholders and other interested parties are encouraged to provide feedback about the ordinance which includes storm water charges and fees.

Environmental Services Director Robert Byrd will make a presentation about the storm water ordinance.

When: 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Monday, July 23

Where: Council Chamber, Arlington Municipal Building, 101 W. Abram St. in downtown Arlington
