Arlington Expands its Disaster Capacity
Fire Department Gives First Look at New Mobile Medical Unit

Arlington Fire Department and the City of Arlington

What:
Operational exercise and introduction of a new mobile medical unit. The 3,000 square- foot acute care medical unit is funded by a federal grant from American Metropolitan Medical Response System and the Health Resources and Services Administration. The mission is to enhance local EMS system capabilities during a mass casualty event.
