City Requests New Proposals For High Oak Terrace Redevelopment Project

The City of Arlington is accepting new proposals to redevelop High Oak Terrace. The project consists of 13 acres at the northwest corner of Bowen Road and Wesley Drive in Arlington. The City of Arlington seeks a qualified developer to develop the site into a mixed income, high quality, single-family residential development.

The City of Arlington has released a revised Request for Proposals (RFP) for the project and welcomes interested developers to respond. The revised RFP, released Friday, March 2, provides more clarity about the project and the community’s recommendations.
The RFP is available at the following locations:
