Starz Barber Shop, 3751 Matlock Road, Suite 121 – Near Interstate 20
and the corner of Matlock Road and Arbrook Boulevard in south
Arlington
Background Information:
This is Robert Rivera’s second year of helping Arlington students
get a head start to the new school year. Select students will
receive a free hair cut. City Council Member Rivera says something
as basic as a good hair cut can help build confidence and self
esteem.
Who:
This program is by invitation only. It is especially for children
who are waiting to be matched with an adult mentor through the Big
Brothers Big Sisters of North Texas. Participants are asked to sign
in with a BBBS representative upon arrival. To learn more about Big
