Indoor Pool to Close at 3 p.m. Friday, October 7 for Improvements
Regular Classes and Open Swim Resume Monday, October 10

The Hugh Smith Indoor Pool will close for three days next week for improvements. The municipal indoor pool will reopen at 8 a.m. Monday, October 10.

Aquatic Program Manager Kym Lange said the City of Arlington will begin installing new pool deck matting at 3 p.m. Friday, October 7. In anticipation of the work continuing through the weekend, swimming lessons and facility rentals are cancelled for October 7, 8 and 9.

Open swim at the Hugh Smith Indoor Pool has been cancelled for the following times:

6-8 p.m. Friday, October 7

1 p.m.- 6 p.m. Saturday, October 8

3 p.m.- 5 p.m. Sunday, October 9
