The City of Arlington released a map today of the core project area for the Cowboy Stadium Complex.

All landowners in the shaded area on the attached map were notified on Friday that their property was in the area required for the project. The shaded area is located between Stadium Drive on the east, Randol Mill Road on the north, Collins Street on the west, and Division Street on the south. This is a core project area. It may be determined that additional property beyond this area, but within the area designated for the venue, will be needed in the future depending upon parking, drainage, infrastructure, and other project needs. If this occurs, affected property owners will be notified.

Landowners began receiving initial offers for their property on Friday. These offers will continue to be made for all property owners in the project area.

It should be noted that the City anticipates preserving the main structure on the Eastern Star property, which is within the project area.
