Area anglers are invited to participate in the 16^th Annual Open Team Bass Tournament, from 6:30 a.m. to 3 p.m., Saturday, April 23 at Lake Arlington, 6300 W. Arkansas Lane.

Entry fees of $100 per team are currently being accepted at the Lake Arlington Office. Teams are limited to two people, and only one team per boat will be permitted. Team members younger than 16 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian, or have written permission to participate in the tournament.

According to Lake Supervisor Ted Clay, the winning weights for the "Best Five Bass" prize has ranged from 13 lbs. to 16½ lbs. over the past few years.
