District 1 City Council member Joe Bruner will host a Town Hall Meeting at 6:30 p.m. Monday, April 11 at the Nichols Jr. High School Cafeteria, 2201 Ascension Blvd. The meeting is an opportunity for Arlington residents to gather information about important city issues.

Discussion topics are the May 7 City Election, which includes a $13.6 million Park Bond Program, and proposed amendments to the City Charter.

District 1 is bounded by Division Street on the south and the city limits on the north. It is also bounded by Great Southwest Parkway and SH 360 on the east and by Fielder Road and the city limits on the west.
