Arlington Residents Register to Vote in the City Secretary’s Office
 
The City Secretary’s Office is conducting voter registration on the first floor of the Arlington Municipal Building at 101 W. Abram St. in downtown Arlington.

Arlington residents not registered to vote in Tarrant County have until 4 p.m. Monday, Oct. 4 to complete a voter registration application to vote in the upcoming Election. To become a registered voter, a person must be a citizen of the United States and 18 years of age or older.  Election Day is Tuesday, Nov. 2. Early voting in person starts Oct. 18.

This is the first time that staff in the City Secretary’s Office have been authorized by the City Council to conduct voter registration on city property. City Secretary Barbara Heptig and her staff have been deputized by the Elections Administration Office of Tarrant County.
