Arlington Residents Invited to Meet Their City Council Representative
Three City Council Members to Host District Town Hall Meetings

Three Arlington City Council representatives have scheduled town hall meetings in their districts. The meetings are open to the public.

District 1 City Council Representative Joe Bruner

6:30 p.m. Monday, April 26

Northeast Branch Library, 1905 E. Brown Blvd.

Topic: "The State of the District"

District 1 represents the portion of the city bounded by Division Street on the south and the city limits on the north. Also bounded by Great Southwest Parkway and SH 360 on the east and Fielder Road and the city limits on the west. District 1 includes Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, The Ballpark in Arlington and River Legacy Parks.

District 5 City Council Representative Lana Wolff

6:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 28

Third Floor – Arlington Municipal Building

101 W. Abram St.

Topic: "Open Forum/General Topics"

District 5 represents the portion of the city bounded by Great Southwest Parkway and the city limits on the east, Pioneer Parkway on the south, Bowen Road on the west, and Division Street on the north. District 5 includes downtown Arlington, City Hall, the University of Texas at Arlington, George W. Hawkes Central Library and General Motors.

District 4 City Council Representative Kathryn Wilemon

6:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 5

West Arlington Police Service Center, 2060 Green Oaks Blvd.

Topic: "Open Forum/General Topics"

District 4 represents the portion of the city bounded primarily by I-20 on the south, portions of Matlock Road, Fielder Road and Bowen Road on the east, Lake Arlington on the west, and I-30 on the northeast. District 4 includes The Parks at Arlington Mall, a portion of the I-20 business corridor, the Animal Services Center and the training facilities for police and fire.
