District 4 City Council Member Robert N. Cluck, MD will host a town hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, March 13. The meeting will occur at the Dottie Lynn Recreation Center, which is located at 3200 Norwood Drive.

The agenda for the District 4 meeting will include a presentation from a Union Pacific Railroad official about noise abatement and railroad crossing safety.
