District 4 City Council Member Robert N. Cluck, MD will host a town hall meeting at 6:30 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 16. The meeting will occur in the Council Briefing Room on the third floor of the Arlington Municipal Building, which is located at 101 W. Abram St.

The agenda for the District 4 Town Hall meeting includes the 2003 City of Arlington Bond Election. The proposed bond package includes $103.5 million in public improvements for animal services, fire station facilities and equipment, libraries, police facilities, storm drainage, erosion control, streets and transportation. Early voting begins Wednesday, Jan. 15. Election Day is Saturday, Feb. 1.
