Martin Luther King Committee Completes Selection Process
Art Work and Essay Contest Winners Announced

Members of the Arlington Martin Luther King Jr. Celebration have selected the winners of the "Sharing the Dream" art and essay competitions. New this year! Judge's chose their best art work from among nearly 250 submissions for the Top 40 to be displayed at the Arlington Central Library during African American History month in February.

First Place - $500 U.S. Savings Bond

(The winning art design will appear on all Arlington Martin Luther King Jr. marketing and publicity materials, including T-shirts, posters, programs and flyers.)

Second Place - $300 U.S. Savings Bond
