The afternoon and evening meetings of the Arlington City Council will have new start times on Tuesday, Aug. 6.

The City Council Afternoon Session will begin at 1 p.m. on the third floor of the Arlington Municipal Building. The City Council Evening Session will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Council Chamber, 101 W. Abram St.

The earlier start time on August 6 will enable City Council members to participate in National Night Out activities.

Regular meeting times will resume Tuesday, Aug. 13.
