Mayor Elzie Odom will host a Friday, March 15 meeting with Arlington seniors. The meeting will begin at 2 p.m. at the Senior Recreation Center - Eunice, which is located at 1000 Eunice St. in east Arlington.

The March 15 meeting will include a presentation on the public transit service plan, which has been placed on the Saturday, May 4 ballot. A question and answer session will follow the presentation.

The Mayor’s Senior Citizen’s Group was formed in 2001 as a forum for seniors age 55 and older to be heard on important matters.
