NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM

The Neighborhood Stabilization Program (NSP) was established by the Housing and Economic Recovery Act of 2008 on July 30, 2008. The purpose of the NSP is to help community address the foreclosures in its neighborhoods.
