Additional Foreclosure Prevention Forums - Help is Available!
Local HOPE NOW partners have scheduled two additional Homeownership Preservation Workshops on June 21st and June 28th. Choose the applicable date for registration information and additional details. Area homeowners will have an opportunity to meet with loan servicers and housing counselors about foreclosure alternatives, free of charge.

NeighborWorks America NeighborWorks America and its network of local organizations have been at the forefront of efforts to preserve homeownership and sustain communities in the face of rising foreclosures. Their National Foreclosure Mitigation Counseling Program provides training to increase the number of HUD approved housing counselors available to help homeowners in need.

Institute for Foreclosure Legal Assistance This organization provides funding and training to organizations that help homeowners negotiate alternatives to foreclosure. Proposals are currently being accepted for grant funding.

National Community Reinvestment Corporation (NCRC) The NCRC is an association of community-based organizations promoting access to basic banking services in an effort to build vibrant communities for American’s working families.
