The Home Ownership Voucher program is a federally funded program
managed by the Arlington Housing Authority. The program is designed to
assist Housing Choice Voucher program participants transition from
rental housing to homeownership.
Criteria for Eligibility
Participants must:
Be a participant in the Housing Choice Voucher program
Be first time homebuyers
Intend to reside in the home being purchased as the principal
residence
