CHILD CARE INSPECTION PROGRAM :: FEE SCHEDULE

The following fees for City of Arlington permits and applications become effective October 1, 2009:

Child Care Centers

Operating Permit Fee – With Food Service $275 No Change One year from date of issuance

Operating Permit Fee – No Food Service $200 No Change Per Application

Playground Inspection Fee (per playground at facility) N/A $50 Per playground at facility

Reinspection fee $75 $100 Per reinspection

Commissary $75 No Change Per additional follow-up inspection

Reinstatement Fee $75 No Change Assessed when annual renewal fee is not paid by due date

Duplicate Permit Fee $10 No Change Three years from date of issuance

Child Care Worker’s Permit $20 No Change Three years from date of issuance
