SIGN-UP INFORMATION

• Handitran is available for senior citizens 65 and over as well as citizens with disabilities.
   

• Complete a Handitran Service Application (large print version) and return it to Handitran address listed on the application.
   

• Senior citizens must provide proof of age when applying for Handitran.  Persons with disabilities who are under 65 years of age must have their physician certify the application.
   

• A $10.00 application fee is due with the application.
   

• Residence in Arlington may be verified.
   

• Passengers must be able to sit upright; Handitran is not an emergency medical service.
   

• A Handitran identification card will be mailed after the application has been accepted and approved.
