Arlington Maps Online viewer – Another fully featured
web-based GIS application using Microsoft Silverlight, this
application provides users a more standardized mapping
experience along with the ability to get answers to commonly
asked questions, such as, “In what zoning district is this
property?”, “What’s the closest park to this location?”, or “Is
this location in a floodplain?”. Microsoft Silverlight must be
installed in order to use this viewer. We’ll be updating and
making enhancements to this application on a regular basis.
City of Arlington ArcGIS Online Site – This is a collaborative, cloud-based GIS platform that allows members of the City of Arlington to create, share, and access maps, apps, and data. Contained in our City of Arlington Public Maps group, you’ll find maps for Traffic Cameras, Wild Animal Sightings, Dangerous Dogs, Fire Stations, among a few others.
NCTCOG Interactive Maps
- Developed and maintained by the North Central Texas
Council of Governments (NCTCOG), providing location mapping
along with aerial photography. Public and private entities can
purchase the latest aerial imagery from this site.
This tool can be used to search for plat drawings in PDF by the plat
or subdivision names. It will return the links of all the plat
drawings whose names either begin with or contain the name input
depending on the selection of the dropdown box below. So partial name is
acceptable, but has to be at least 3 letters long.
