2,000,000 (Yes, as in million) Items!
Public Library Has Power to Change Lives
When 5-year-old Ayden Brown's book, Horrible Hair, became the record-setting 2 millionth item checked out of the Arlington Library System on Sept. 9, it was due to his mother's fondness with the Central Library. Her parents brought her there as a child. Read how the Arlington Public Library System is more than a repository of books. It's a wondrous place with the power to change lives and important milestones are being celebrated.
