In November of 2004, more than 62,000 residents voted yes
authorizing the City of Arlington to provide the planning, acquisition,
construction and financing for the Dallas Cowboys complex development project.
In accordance with the funding and closing agreement, the City of
Arlington and the Dallas Cowboys will each pay up to $325 million for
a total project cost of $650 million.
Project and construction information, documents and
publications will be available on these web pages throughout the
development of the project.
The Cowboys Stadium is anticipated to be completed by
the Summer of 2009. The Cowboys will play their first season in
Arlington, Fall 2009.
