This week, the Dallas Cowboys unveiled the design plans for the
new stadium. The new sports and entertainment venue will be located
in Arlington. It is scheduled to open in 2009.
The 2.3 million square-foot complex will have an approximate
capacity for 80,000 fans and the flexibility to accommodate up to
100,000.
“We have designed a building we believe is both architecturally
significant and also reflects the emotion and competition that goes
on inside,” said Dallas Cowboys Owner and President Jerry Jones.
