Beautify Arlington is a coordinated community effort to address the
proliferation of graffiti. Community Services coordinated the first
youth graffiti project on June 29, 2006. Many volunteers worked
together to cover graffiti at several single family residential
properties.
Donations of paint and supplies are needed in this continuing
effort to clean up graffiti in the City of Arlington. Donations
needed for future events: paint of any type, preferably in shades of
white; brushes; and small paint “buckets to be handheld by each
volunteer.
Donations are accepted at the Code Enforcement office located at
the West Police Station at 2060 W. Green Oaks Blvd.
Your help in this community effort to clean up graffiti will be
greatly appreciated. Be watching for information on the next event!
