How do I find out what days my trash or
brush is collected?
Arlington Disposal holds the city contract for curbside trash
removal. Trash removal occurs twice per week and those days vary
depending on the part of town in which you live. Brush is collected at
the same time as trash, however, it must be tied in four foot bundles,
weighing less than 50 pounds each. Brush is collected at the rate of
one cubic yard per pick up day. Bulky items such as old furniture and
appliances can be scheduled for collection by calling Arlington
Disposal at 817-317-2000. In the interest of saving landfill space,
grass clippings may not be placed for disposal.
If you are unsure of your schedule, contact Arlington Disposal at
817-317-2000 or visit the City of Arlington’s website at www.arlingtontx.gov/recycling.

is a violation of the Health Code. Trash attracts stray animals
