DALLAS – Bradford Companies is pleased to announce that Barbeques
Galore, has signed a 200,825 SF lease at 3001 E Pioneer Parkway in
Arlington, Texas.
Barbeques Galore is relocating its primary distribution center from
Ontario, CA in order to fully support the expansion of its stores
throughout the southern United States.

Barbeques Galore opened its first retail store in 1980 and they have
grown to over 165 locations in the US and Australia. Privately held,
Barbeques Galore is headquartered in Lake Forest, CA.

Lane, Senior Vice President of Voit Commercial Brokerage represented the
tenant, Barbeques Galore. The Landlord was represented by Joe Rudd of
ProLogis.
